Shipping

Due to the volume of orders each restock, please allow 7-10 business days for your items to be processed. We do our best to get things out sooner, but have this processing time in case of any unexpected delays.

Shipping Rate (CAD): 

• Within Canada and US standard shipping (tracked) is $10; Express shipping in Canada and US is $40
• For all other countries (except Australia) standard shipping (untracked) is $20 
• Tracked shipping for all other countries (except Australia) is $80
• For Australia standard shipping (tracked) is $15; Express is $80

PLEASE NOTE: that during this time with COVID there are often delays in shipping.

Once an item is in the hands of postal service Goyna Studio is no longer responsible for it. All our shipping to Canada and US is tracked and insured. Anywhere else in the world the standard shipping is untracked, with the option of upgrading to tracking for your convenience.

If you have any issues, and cannot get answers from your local postal service, please reach out to us by email, and we will do our best to find out where your package is.
