Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the world.
How can I pay?
You can pay using ShopPay by Shopify, GooglePay, PayPal or credit card.

You can always email us at ritu@goynastudio.com, if you have any questions or concerns. We'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days, however if you need your items to be shipped quicker add a message with your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we will issue a full refund. After 24 hours you can exchange your items for other ones but we will not be offering refunds. After 72 hours your order will be final.
What if I'm not happy with the product after receiving it?
We will not accept any returns or exchanges after you have received the product. But do let us know if the item damaged in any way and we'll do our best to solve the problem.
I live in the Lower Mainland, can I pick up?
Leave us a message with your order and we can arrange a time for you to come pick up your order.
I made multiple separate purchases, can you ship them together for me?
If your multiple purchases are within 24 hours I will ship them together and reimburse any additional shipping fee.
How does the shipping work?
For Canadians, Standard Shipping is $10 CAD and includes tracking. Express Shipping is also an option if you'd prefer for your items to arrive quicker.
For Americans, Standard International is $10 CAD and includes tracking. Express International is also an option if you'd prefer for your items to arrive quicker.
For other buyers around the world, Economy International is $10 CAD and does not include a tracking number. If your purchase is $50 CAD or more select the Standard Economy option at checkout, it costs $10 CAD and includes tracking. Express International is also an option if you'd prefer for your items to arrive quicker.
Do you do customs?
Yes we do offer custom cutters and stamps, please refer to our 'Custom cutters/stamps' page for more details.
